Nastup Davida Bowieja na Glastonburyju po prvi put u cijelosti na CD-u, DVD-u i LP-ju
Jedan od nastupa na Glastonburyju koji će se pamtiti zauvijek, onaj Davida Bowieja koji je bio jedan od headlinera 2000. godine, uskoro ćete moći poslušati i pogledati u cijelosti.
Ovaj nastup konačno će završiti na fizičkom izdanju 30. studenog u suradnji Parlophone Recordsa, BBS Studija i Glstobury Festivala, a pod nazivom “David Bowie Glastonbury 2000” i to na 2 CD-a uz DVD, zatim 3 LP ploče i na 2 CD-a te u standardnom i digitalnom formatu visoke rezolucije. Set lista se sastojala od 21 pjesme koje možemo nazvati i best of koncertom njegove karijere, od hitova kao što su “Ashes to Ashes”, “Absolute Beginners” i “Rebel Rebel” do “Let’s Dance”, “Heroes” i “Under Pressure”. Uz glazbu će biti objavljen i njegov dnevnik koji je originalno napisan za Time Out, a u kojima govori o pripremama za koncert na svoj jedinstveni način.
“As of 1990 I got through the rest of the 20th century without having to do a big hits show. Yes, yes, I know I did four or five hits on the later shows but I held out pretty well I thought…big, well known songs will litter the field at Glastonbury this year. Well, with a couple of quirks of course.” – piše između ostalog u dnevniku.
