U Beverly Hills Hiltonu u nedjelju 5. siječnja održana je dodjela nagrada Zlatni globus te smo saznali sve ono najbolje od filmske i TV produkcije u 2019. godini.
“The Irishman” ostao je bez ijedne nagrade iako je imao pet nominacija. Tarantinom “Once Upon A Time…In Hollywood” imao je pet nominacija i dobio je tri nagrade. Što se tiče TV produkcije “Chernobyl” i “Fleabag” pobjednici su večeri.
Posebne nagrade, Carol Burnett i Cecil B. DeMille nagradu, dobili su Ellen DeGeneres i Tom Hanks.
